Refunds / Replacements
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned/refunded unless the packaging was damaged in transit or there is visible spoilage viewable through un-opened packaging. Then a full refund can be issued or product replacement will be made.
We only replace items if they are damaged in transit or there is visible spoilage viewable through un-used or un-opened packaging. To process your replacement items, we require an explanation for the return receipt or proof of purchase, package UPC information, coding numbers found on packaging and a photo if possible for an exchange be made. Returns (if applicable)
Only non-perishable goods may be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, we require an explanation for the return, receipt or proof of purchase and in some cases a photo for a refund to be issued. To begin the return process please email Info@Tulkoff.com or call (800) 638-7343 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM EST.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return the item, mail it to: Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. 2229 Van Deman Street Baltimore, Maryland 21224. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your account. Then contact your credit card company or bank if the original method of payment, it may take some time to process before your refund is officially posted.
